As artists (especially those of us that work at it professionally) I think its very important we have a outlet to the constant sitting on our fit balls.
My outlet was working my dog in IPO then the FIDIOT went and did his leg in and is now retired. So I had nothing for a while to get rid of ...well lets call it frustration at a lot of stuff that happened in my personal life this year. Losing a load of weight I didn't have to lose, my Mum in a very bad horse riding accident and looking after her, The Recession at al. seriously
